Bespoke Music

earworm
noun: a catchy song or tune that runs continually through a person’s mind.

We’re in the ‘ear worm’ business.
Sound drenches. And ear worms stick.
Time to sing sweet nothings in those ears? Oh yes.

Anyone can license a well-known track, and many do, but if you have your own musical identity, no one else can use it, and it becomes part of your brand identity.
From ‘ear worm’ jingles to a shortened phrase that is your signature,  once it’s yours, you can use it anywhere.  The more places you use it – from website to ringtones – the cheaper it is.

From Big Boy radio stations Global Radio, Bauer Media and UKTV, Lincs FM Group and UKRD to smaller independent stations, Redolution’s great-sounding radio jingles at a price that strikes a chord are out there, on air and tuned in.

Check out some recent radio jingles here.

Sometimes we just go with the flow and compose music that is, well, ‘other’.

These are unique music projects that are nothing to do with TV or radio. Music to help a fireworks display soar in Dubai, even music for a fabulous new iPad book due out soon. That one’s a ‘lips-sealed’ project, but as soon as we’re ‘aloud’, we’ll shout about it.

Q&As

?

Why would I need a jingle?

Jingles are a great way to help people remember key things from your advert such as your phone number or web address.

A catchy jingle will make it easy for people to remember your name, product, website or phone number so when they think about needing something you have to offer that jingle will come to mind.

What are the pros and cons of using recognisable music?

Using a famous music track or song will make your advert stand out and be more memorable. You will need to invest in a licence to use the music – the publishing rights – and also pay for the rights to use the performance of it – the performance rights.

With our in-house team of musicians and our extensive network of singers we can recreate famous tracks for you or create a special arrangement which can save you money on the performance rights, even after you’ve invested in having your own version made.

You’ll still need the publishing rights, but your overall investment could be considerably lower.

How much does bespoke music cost?

We have the skills in house to compose and produce your music which means we can be flexible on price. Remember too, that once you’ve invested in your own music it will become part of your brand identity and no one else will be able to use it which means that music can only ever be associated with your brand.

Sometimes we need to work with others if you need a particular vocal style or specialist string instrument so those things can affect the price.

We can also agree to licence the music to you on a full buyout basis which gives you unlimited usage of the music. Use it on your phone system, on adverts, your website, telephone ringtones…wherever you want, all for a one off fee that covers the production and usage of your music.

Prices vary depending on what’s involved and how broadly you want to use the music but entry level prices start at £1,500.
